Welcome to Clay Power Fitness​!


I offer both in-home and on-site personal training. I travel to your home or a place of your choice (beaches, parks). I bring all the fitness equipment. The only thing you need to bring is a towel and a water bottle. I use the most up-to-date state-of-the-art equipment; such as, TRX suspension bands, slosh pipes, battle ropes, kettlebells, dumbells, medicine balls, bosu balls, stability balls, loop bands, parachutes, and much more! My training style is very unique. I focus on functional multi-movement and dynamic exercises. One-on-one and small group training are both available. Contact me and get started ASAP!

About

Hi, my name is Clayton Lee. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Physical Education with a concentration in Human Performance. I am also a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. I have experience in on-on-one personal training, group fitness instruction, and nutritional guidance. I also have experience with a large variety of age groups as well as fitness levels. My biggest success I have achieved was having a client lose 101 pounds in 10 months! I specialize in fat loss, increase in lean mass, and muscular strength.
